Moving office is a major logistical exercise. It requires careful planning and project management to ensure it all happens with minimum disruption to business.
Every business removal, large or small, has particular requirements that our dedicated team will fulfil. Every detail of the move is covered in a comprehensive pre-move survey detailing the packing and unpacking requirements of each item.
Our pre-move survey will identify any special packing requirements and our experienced workforce will use the latest equipment for safe handling of the heaviest and most delicate items being transferred. ADS will make the process run smoothly, efficiently and cost effectively.
Crate Hire
We can supply rental of specialised packing crates, i.e. IT crates, standard-lidded and metre-long crates for library filing systems. We can also supply a packing service prior to the move.
Library and Filing Decants
We will supply specialist crates and packers to pack library systems in sequential order, dismantle racking, relocate and re-erect racking systems plus unpack books/files into the system in exactly the same order.
On-site Shredding
We can supply a vehicle to arrive on-site and confidentially shred documents.
IT Relocations
We can supply crates and manpower to disconnect, pack, relocate, unpack and then reconnect all IT equipment.
Disposal
We can dispose of surplus furniture to amenity sites and also provide a service of decommissioning IT.
